There are other serious withdrawals from Xanax, those include, hallucinations, insomnia, paranoia, headaches, vomiting, body aches, depression, vibration-like feelings throughout the body, nerve damage, anger and anxiety. In some extreme cases, people sometimes feel suicidal.

Xanax is abused because it does provide a calming-like feeling for the body, this is mostly due to the fact that its original intention was to handle anxiety in patients.

The only real way to handle a Xanax addiction is to enroll in a drug and alcohol rehab. If you or anyone you know is in need of help for a drug abuse problem please call 866-422-4650 for immediate help. Xanax addiction does not have to destroy any more lives.

Is The Web Pushing Xanax?

Saturday, May 8th, 2010

It is bad enough that tens of thousands of people are being prescribed such a dangerous and addictive drug, but now tens of thousands of people are posting links for “cheap xanax” or “no prescription needed for Xanax!” Incredibly, this is allowed even though xanax addiction is creeping up to the number one drug problem in the U.S. In fact, you might as well see ads for crack cocaine and heroin, that is how devastating a xanax addiction can be.

Most search engines will pre-qualify ads before they are posted, however, there are still some getting through. Often times a person becomes addicted to Xanax because it was prescribed to them or because they stumbled across it in someone’s medicine cabinet. Xanax addicts often cite the fact that Xanax is a prescription so they thought it would be safe. These internet ads are just another reason why a person may mistakingly think that Xanax is harmless.

The only real way to handle a Xanax addiction is to enroll in a long term drug and alcohol rehab. If you or anyone you know is in need of help please call Narconon Louisiana at 866-422-4650 for more information.
